MONIKA LA VIGNA is an EXCEPTIONAL realtor who truly cares about her clients. Signing with her was the best decision I’ve ever made; without her, I would be homeless right now. I met Monika at one of the rental homes I was interested in, and she offered her assistance, but at the time, I felt I didn't need it. This wasn’t my first time renting a home and I had 30 days to find one, so I thought I had everything under control.Fast forward two weeks, and I still hadn't found a house. I was officially in panic mode. Then, out of the blue, Monika called to check on me, and I decided to accept her help with finding my new home. My expectations going into this were pretty low because I thought I could do everything she was doing, so what was the point??!! It only took a day for me to realize this was the best decision I’ve ever made. Honestly, I would probably be homeless right now if it weren't for her, or in a mental hospital from a nervous breakdown. She made this stressful situation FUN! She paid attention to the things I wanted in a house, sometimes so much so that it felt like she could read my mind and help narrow down my search, making it less overwhelming. She also took care of the part of renting that I hated: communicating with the property managers. I never had to speak with anyone but her, she did everything for me and I LOVED IT!! She even negotiated the rental terms on my behalf, I didn't even know you could do that. And because my situation wasn’t stressful enough by having less than two weeks to find a house, the universe decided to throw a significant obstacle into the mix. I couldn’t see how we were going to fix this problem, and right when we found the perfect home and less than two days before I would be homeless. But Monika, being the EXCEPTIONAL Realtor that she is, found a solution. Not only did she get me into a home before my two-week deadline, but she also found the absolute perfect home for me and my dogs. The entire process was so much fun, and to top it all off, she negotiated better terms on my rental agreement.She has officially become my realtor for life!!
